Updating PowerSchool Forms and Contacts

If you have not yet completed the three required beginning-of-the-year forms in PowerSchool, you will need to log in to PowerSchool (https://ps-gev.metasolutions.net/public/home.html) on a laptop or desktop computer. The Forms are difficult to use on the app. Once you have logged in, click on “Forms” on the left hand side of the screen. Then click on “General Forms” to get to the three required forms:

1. Health Information Update/Medical Authorizations

2. Permissions/Agreements

3. Student Contacts Update

Once you have verified and updated this information in PowerSchool, you will see a green checkmark and the word “Submitted” next to it. You may see other forms present, but they are not required unless you have an address change, for example. Then you would want to also complete the Address Change form. But again, most families will just need the three forms listed above. Our schools are required to have this information updated each school year for each student.

If you have an address change:  please fill out two forms on PowerSchool:  Student Change of Address and Student Contacts Update.  For the change of address, you will need to upload two proofs of residency documents (e.g., new lease/deed, change of address form with post office, utility bill).   The Student Change of Address form should be completed first, then the Student Contacts Update second.  Families can also contact the Transportation Department by emailing dkillworth@granvilleschools.org to obtain new bus information.  

My Ride K-12 Transportation App

If you have not already, please remember to download the My Ride K-12 app that we began using in the 2024-2025 school year.  Your login credentials will be the same as they were in the old Ride 360 app, if you had used that app previously.  For more information and resources, visit our FAQ page.

School Newsletters

Don't forget to sign up for building newsletters when your children progress up to a new building!  

Online Summer Resources

In addition to anything your child's teacher provides, families also will continue to have access to many of our online resources.   If you are logging in to ClassLink from home, the log in directions have been provided.  

School Times, Arrival and Dismissal, Bell Schedules and more!
